Registration Form:   $45.00 per month paid

on the 1^st of each month.

Please look for an email from Wonderlandsn in your inbox.

For reoccurring tuition charge, remember to check

the box on your emailed invoice allowing Wonderland to

charge on the 1^st of each month.

Please complete invoice within 5 days of receiving email

to secure your child’s spot in class.  A $2.00 service fee

will be added each month to your online tuition fee.

By completing this form you expressly authorize

Wonderlandsn to charge a monthly recurring tuition fee on

the 1^st of each month and no refunds will be given for

absences on the part of the student or school holidays.

Termination may be given at any time with a 2 week

emailed notice to:

I understand with any program such as this, some

risks are involved, even though precautions are taken to

prevent accidents. Therefore, I, my heirs, and child being

registered herby waive and release Wonderlandsn and my

child’s school from all claims for damages and injuries.
