I acknowledge invoices are due within 5 days of receiving email to secure your child's spot in the class. A $2.00 service fee will be added each month to your online tuition fee. By completing this form, you authorize Wonderlandsn to charge a monthly recurring tuition fee on the 1st of each month and no refunds will be given for absences on the part of the student or school holidays. Termination may be given with a 2-week emailed notice: Kymber.wonderlandsn@gmail.com.
